Online University - For some students, taking courses over the Internet is a good alternative to a traditional college or university. Visit here for information on online learning, financial aid, and choosing a major.

Princeton Review - This site offers valuable resources in preparing for the ACT college admissions test, including practice tests and strategies. After a student takes a practice test, the questions are individually analyzed.

Grolier Online
- Grolier-online home pages links users directly to: encyclopedias, media, news feature stories and periodicals. Students from Hope of Detroit Academy may log in and explore Grolier Online. Please obtain login and password from your classroom teacher. - Offers free math lessons and homework help, with an emphasis on geometry, algebra and statistics.

Edline - Teachers regularly post their grade reports online, where parents with a password can look them up. This is a wonderful way for families to keep in touch with the school. If you don't have an account, just ask our office staff. - FunBrain is a site for online educational games for kids of all ages (math, grammar, science, spell, history).

A+ Math - Helps students improve their math skills interactively with flashcards and games.

MI Kids! - With an overview of interesting sights, the natural environment, state government and history for the state of Michigan.

NASA Kids' Club - The best place for kids interested in space, science, rockets, astronauts and the solar system.

Brain Teasers - Test your skills with this weekly series of problems. Includes links to last week's questions and answers.

PBS Kids! - Information for all PBS kids' shows, including Arthur, Barney and Teletubbies.
